Hello here im .this it my first time,there is always a first time to start everything in life.
Let me introduce my self.
My name is Carlos Bernardo but all my friend call me Cabe.
Im strength and condition coach at Sports Performance Center Barcelona.
Before i was working as a personal trainer at Holmes Place,first in Portugal and after in Barcelona.
Aslo I had A carrer as a swimming coach 8 year ,and know i coach a rugby local team in Barcelona.
My passion in sports start when i was born,i think it the only thing i can do .... there is more !!!!
I start my career as athlete at the age of 7 in swimming where i compete till i was 20,after i decide to change sport and i move to rugby were i play till the age of 34.
Uppppps i have to go :i have rugby training and i don like to get late.
so i will continue to introduce my self later.
